We are delighted to secure our Cyber Essentials Certification which will help safeguard our organisation against cyber attacks, and demonstrate to our hospitality and real estate clients our ongoing commitment to cyber security.

What is Cyber Essentials?

Cyber Essentials is a set of standard technical controls organisations should have in place to protect themselves against the most common online security threats.

It’s suitable for all organisations, of any size, in any sector – not just hospitality. The scheme helps protect against almost all cyber threats.

92% fewer insurance claims are made by businesses and organisations with the Cyber Essentials controls in place.

What are the main benefits of Cyber Essentials?

We partnered with IASME, The National Cyber Security Centre’s (NCSC) Official Cyber Essentials Delivery Partner, to gain certification. Key benefits this accolade brings us:

  • Proves to our customers that cyber security is a priority in our organisation. It demonstrates our commitment to protecting sensitive data and reducing cyber threats.
  • Allows us to stay ahead of new cyber security risks by assessing systems against a recognised framework each year
  • Increased awareness among our staff about cyber security best practices, fostering a culture of vigilance
  • Provides assurance to clients and suppliers that their information is handled securely, strengthening trust and showcasing our proactive approach to safeguarding digital operations

Simon Catterick, Chief Executive of mission : net zero, shared: “We’re pleased to receive this cyber security certification, as it reflects our commitment to protecting our clients’ and suppliers’ data and staying ahead in an increasingly digital world.”
