We’re delighted to share that mission : net zero has been awarded the ESG Award – Supplier or Service Provider at the 20205 Serviced Apartment Awards, held at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane in London.
Organised by Serviced Apartment News, the annual awards, now in its tenth year, brings together industry leaders from across the sector — including owners, operators, investors, travel buyers, and suppliers — to recognise excellence and innovation in the global serviced apartment and extended stay industry.
The ESG Award celebrates a supplier or service provider that places environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles at the very heart of its business.
This year, that business was mission : net zero.

📊 Data – Demonstrating year-on-year progress, backed by robust metrics, third-party verified reporting, and powerful client testimonials
🌍 Environment – Outlining a clearly defined net zero strategy that addresses Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions
💬 Social – Highlighting their impact through equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) programmes, community initiatives, and charitable partnerships
🧭 Governance – Showcasing an approach to modern slavery compliance, ethical procurement, gender pay reporting, and responsible executive remuneration
