New hotel clients look to mission : net zero to strengthen ESG commitments

We’re working with their inspirational ‘green team’ and jointly developing a range of integrated strategies to decarbonise quickly, credibly and consistently whilst demonstrating environmental, social and governance commitments. They will continue to work through the Green Tourism awards certification programme which is a internationally recognised in the hospitality sector.

Grosvenor House Suites

With an exclusive Park Lane address, Grosvenor House Suites combines the luxuries of a full serviced apartment with the discretion, comfort and security of a private Mayfair residence. The property offers 130 contemporary suites ranging from studios to one, two, three and four bedroom suites to our four and five bedroom penthouses, with balconies overlooking Hyde Park and Mayfair.

Projects include delivering a BREEAM Official Refurbishment & Fit Out sustainability assessment, being an internationally recognised certification scheme that will benchmark, and certify the performance of the built environment to determine and drive sustainable improvements in the performance of the building.

Together we will develop a programme that will see Grosvenor House Suites earn prestigious, independent eco-certification from Green Key International, which is acknowledged worldwide as an indicator of excellence in the field of environmental responsibility and sustainable operation in the hospitality sector.

We will develop a net zero methodology that is focused on areas including Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 carbon measurement, compensation, and reduction together with environmental management, water saving, waste management, renewable energy, local food and drink, biodiversity, community involvement, staff and guest engagement, and corporate social responsibility.

With a new year around the corner the futures bright; bright green.
